Costa Palmas extended a warm invitation to MCxA to participate in the construction of various elements within the exclusive 1000-acre development known as Aman, situated on the East Cape of the Baja California Peninsula. MCxA’s contributions encompass the construction of several pavilions, numerous lots, and the impressive BOH.

Costa Palmas, boasting the first Four Seasons and Aman Resort and Residences properties on the peninsula, stands as a luxurious enclave just 45 minutes from the Los Cabos International Airport.

This exceptional and exclusive development is home to the Four Seasons and Aman properties, alongside a private Yacht Club and full-service marina.

In addition to its luxurious residences, Costa Palmas boasts organic farms, orchards, an estuary, the Beach & Yacht Club, the Marina Village, and a Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course and clubhouse.
